Cisco Live 2019 in San Diego

From London, I moved on to the US.
I visited Cisco Live EMEA a few times, but this was my first time in the US, and as it happens, it took place in San Diego.

For the first time, I’ve seen an aircraft carrier
Now, you should know that I’m an absolute pacifist and usually don’t care about weapons or war machines, but I have to admit it looks impressive:

Also, they recreated a famous picture here, and it looks authentic from behind. Yes, I know what you’re thinking.

I took a tram to the Mexican border. I considered crossing and instantly returning to say, “I’ve been to Mexico,” but there were queues. Long ones. Maybe another time.

There was an attempt to recreate European food. Each Greek person would be ashamed! Sorry, but this isn’t Gyros.

Luckily there’s nothing wrong with local food:

And my “a burger in each city,” maybe I should write a book about this topic:

Cisco Live is one of our most important events each year, as we meet our core target audience. It’s usually very successful, too.
Here’s my colleague Tom entertaining the masses:

In the evening, they invited The Foo Fighters to the party:

As the exhibition closed, we went out for some fast food as the first crew members had already started leaving in the afternoon.

I found something interesting.
It’s unhealthy, super greasy, and looks messy, but it tasted good!

The dish (can we even call it a dish?) is tater tots with whatever is on top. I didn’t ask. I just ate.

Indeed junk food, but probably the tastiest food I had so far in the US. Yes, I know, I’m weird.
